Create the dress of your dream! Custom made dresses for all your special occasion. Formal, wedding, bridesmaid, and flower girl dresses all made to suit you.
Makeup and Hair: I kept Natalie's bang fringe look and put her in a slightly fuller updo. The hair was curled and twisted into curls. Very little hairspray was used on the curls to give it a softer and natural look. I used eyeliner on the eye and white eyeliner to pick up the whiteness from the flowers.
This is a quick shoot of a few of my new designs for a simple Bride/Bridesmaid.
I love the simplicity of each design as they are basic silhouettes which will suit many body shapes. I have used silk chiffon and georgette to overlay the design, giving it a soft and floaty feel. These designs are perfect for a bridesmaid idea!!
THE MAKEUP & HAIR:I used a soft lilac blue colour eyeshadow layered with some dark grey tones to give my eyes depth. The eyebrows are defined and lips are kept subtle with a shade of light pink gloss. Cheeks are brushed with a soft pink blush. The hair is kept to a side with natural soft waves and teased at the end to give volume. It is styled with flowers clipped to the side and a veil clipped to the back. The soft waves in the hair gives it a natural look which is perfect to match an over the top wedding dress.
Hand embroided lace, sparkling swarovski beads, multiple layering of different textures. That all describes my idea of bridal. My interpretation of bridal is not your average ball gown. I want a dress that allows us to expose our youth, the fun and quirky side of everyone. I have been working on a small capsule range of Bridal dresses and is excited to shoot them. This is one of the looks I've put together.

THE MAKEUP and HAIR:This is quite an interesting Couture look. I chose to use this model because of the bold colour of her hair. Because the dress is quite simple, I could play a little more with the styling. I used the same Azure colour eyeshadow to balance out the look of the hair and makeup. The eyes are defined by exaggerating the center and sides of the eye, following it to the hair. The makeup is finished with eyeliner at the top of the eye and glue on lashes. A soft layer of bronzer is brushed onto the cheeks. To create the shape of the hair we teased the hair and smoothed it out to an updo. To finish the look I added a row of flowers to the centre of the hairline.
I quite like the result of my hand sewn on lace to shoulder pads. Quite quirky as a jewellery piece
Love the blue hair? An updo hair styled with a row of clip on flowers. Quite effective!!
"Here comes the bride, all dress in white" as we hear on the very special day of everyone's life. I was fascinated by the colour white as it symbolises different meanings in different cultures. White can mean purity, kindness or even empty and loneliness .
I've been working on building a collection my new designs focusing on Bridal and Formal wear. It is the closes thing i can get to couture as i love intricate details and layering of multiple textures.
This is a shoot using a few vintage pieces from the wardrobe.
White lace and white sequins can be an interesting combination with its different texture. Let me know what you think.
THE MAKEUP:I used white eyeshadows around the eyes and defined it with a white pencil. I recommend the Napolian white eyeliner because the white is very opaque. With a black eyeliner i extended the outer edge of the eye and finished it with a pair of thick lashes. I used a nude lipstick colour in a few of the shots and a moron colour in the others.
THE HAIR: I usually don't do middle parts for my hair, but thought I'd try it out this time. I've just recently changed to the balayage look. The hair is lightly curled and teased to give a natural messy look. The second look is the Updo styles that I've pinned to one side leaving the fringe lightly draping across the front. Use props to finish of the look and WAAALLAAH... The look is complete.
I am now working on Bridal and Couture wear. I looked through all my previous works and found my couture samples from Fashion college. AHHH It was collecting dust. Who would have thought that one day these would come in hand.
